Club & Hospitality delivers training to staff and volunteers in Clubs, and to the wider South Australian community giving everyone the opportunity to gain highly regarded qualifications.
Club & Hospitality Training Services offer Certificate Training in Management, Hospitality (Front of House), and Cookery. Short fully accredited short courses in Responsible Service of Alcohol, Basic, Advanced and Further Advanced Gaming, First Aid, WHS, Food Safety/Hygiene, Customer Service and more.
Anyone can attend CHTS training sessions, you do not have to be employed in the industry. If you are looking for employment, our partnership with Clubs SA will give you every opportunity to get employment in one of over 400 Clubs SA member clubs. Training is conducted at Clubs SA House, 222a Henley Beach Road Torrensville. Participant numbers are limited to allow maximum interaction between participants and trainer.
CHTS can also deliver fully accredited courses and workshops in your venue.
Club & Hospitality are recognised by the Independent Gambling Authority (IGA) to train in Basic, Advanced and Further Advanced Gaming. With 10 gaming machines in the training room the program is designed to give you a practical hands on understanding in the operation of gaming machines.
All the nationally recognised courses have assessments; if you have literacy difficulty then a trainer may be available to do a verbal assessment with you.
At the completion of each nationally recognised training course or workshop you will receive a Certificate of Attendance, Statement of Attainment or Certificate within 30 days of completion.
