Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

This course is essential for anyone serving or supplying alcohol on a licensed premise. If you are thinking of beginning your pathway into the Hospitality Industry then this is the course to start with.

Basic and Advanced Gaming

This course must be undertaken by all NEW gaming employees within 3 months of being appointed, you will need to maintain your level of knowledge through repeat training every two years.

Further Advanced Gaming

This training requires prior completion of the Basic and Advanced Gaming training courses.

Spanish Celebration

Our Certificate II students celebrated with their teachers and families transforming our training room in a Spanish dining area.

Food Hygiene and Espresso Coffee

Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety is a prerequsite to Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee. Complete this 'Bistro Hospitality Skills' and you will have the skills and knowledge to work in any bistro, cafe, pub or club. WIth the skills employers are looking for.

First Aid, CPR and Basic Life Support

Everyone should learn at least some basic first aid techniques, whether it's a minor situation or something more serious, first aid knowledge will give you the confidence to act.

Future Entrepreneurs

The students at Warriappendi Secondary School created a business making and selling jam from their Lilly Pilly tree.

Unique Student Identifer

Everyone attending nationally recongnised training needs a USI number, without a USI, CHTS cannot issue your Statement of Attainment or Certificate.
