This 3 day program will give you the skills and knowledge to work in a hospitality venue.
It is a new program for 2019, now with CPR and a workshop on how to use a Defibrillator, these life saving machines are in all venues.
This is perfect for school leavers, university students needing work while they study, and anyone looking to begin their pathway into a Hospitality career.
Learn how to do CPR, understand your responsibilities in a gambling environment and how to serve and supply alcohol in a safe and responsible manner.
Day 1 - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol, CPR and Deftibillator use.
Days 2 & 3 - Provide Responsible Gambling Services, Basic Regulations and Systems and Attend Gaming Machines.
Assessment: Each unit of study has an assessment, if you have literacy difficulties then a trainer may be available to assist you with a verbal assessment.
