Yes, anyone can attend our courses you do not have to be employed in the hospitality industry,
or have any prior knowledge of the study unit.
RSA is delivered over 6 hours, normally from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm, this can also be
delivered in your venue in the evening or weekends for groups of 20 or more.
First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safe Work Practices, Espresso Coffee and Basic Gaming are
delivered in a full day session. (Basic Gaming over 2 days). Normally from 9.30 am to
4.30 pm.

Most training can be delivered at metro or
regional venues on request (limited numbers apply).

The Unique Student Identifier is a National Government initiative for all students
from 1st January 2015. 

Your USI account will contain all of your nationally recognised training records and results completed from 1st January 2015 onwards. This will assist when you are commencing employment with a new employer or if you are commencing study with a new training organisation.
Every student from January 1st 2015 is required to have a USI before we can issue their certificate.

To work in a gaming environment in South Australia you need to complete two days
of Basic Gaming, to be a Gaming Manager you need to complete Basic and Advanced
Gaming training.

You can work for 3 months in a gaming environment before you
are required to complete your gaming training.

Yes, anywhere you will be selling or serving Alcohol you will need to have proof
that you have attended a nationally recognised RSA course.
You will find that if you are serving or preparing food anywhere today the employer
will require you to have completed this course.
