Course objectives:
- How to serve alcohol while taking care of patrons
- Your responsibility in a gambling environment
- How to recognise and assist patrons with a gambling problem
- Understand the operation of gaming machines, pay lines and processing payouts
Assessment: Each unit of study has an assessment, if you have literacy difficulties then a trainer may be available to assist you with a verbal assessment.
You do not have to be over 18 years of age to attend RSA.
