It's now 2020 and Complete Hospitality Training Skills is off to a flying start.

Our in house sessions are filling fast, so my best advice is to book in advance.

Our KickStart in Hospitality and Bistro Skills programs are aimed at participants who are looking to get into the Hospitality Industry.

KickStart - 2 days of Basic Gaming - 1 day of RSA is held in the first week of every month.

Bistro Skills - 1 day of Food hygiene - 1 day of Espresso coffee is held in the second week of every month.

Basic Gaming 2 days - aimed at participants who are already employed in the Hospitality industry is held at the end of every month.

Advanced and Further Advanced Gaming is held in alternative months, or we can come to your venue if you have 15 or more.

2019 was a busy year for CHTS, with full training sessions inhouse, regional RSA sessions for Clubs and High School Clusters for SACE points becoming popular for 2020.

With gaming sessions, responsible service of alcohol, food safety and hygiene, espresso coffee our calender for 2020 is fulling up quickly.

This is the time of year when many of us connect with family and friends, these are the times our children will remember. Hopefully its not about how many presents were under the tree on Christmas morning but about the fun they had with family, the silly things there aunties, uncles or grandparents did to make them laugh.

CHTS HAS EMPLOYERS in the Port Adelaide region LOOKING AND READY NOW to employ casual staff over the Christmas period.

Do a great job and you just may become full time employee.

The Christmas rush starts in November with work functions and ends in March with Clipsal, so check out CHTS training sessions and call us now to book.

To work in a licensed Café or bottle shop you will need your RSA (Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB002,) a nationally recognised unit of competency.

Add to that your Use Hygienic Practices for Food Hygiene SITXFSA001, this is a prerequisite for Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee SITHFAB006.  CHTS holds this two day program on a monthly basis.

For a gaming room you will need your RSA plus Basic Training |Gaming, incorporating two nationally recognised units of competency Provide Responsible Gambling Services - SITHGAM001 and Attend Gaming Machines - SITHGAM002. Together with the SA only required Certificate of Attendance of Basic Gaming Regulations and Systems.

CHTS also trains Participate in Safe Work Practices SITXWHS001 monthly and First Aid is a must for any employment resume.
